Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. She is most well-known as anchorperson on CNN's At This Hour morning show. She also co-anchored the CNN Monday morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan was a part of the award-winning coverage by CNN of the presidential election 2012 and 2016. Bolduan has worked as a correspondent from Washington, DC reporting on activities of Congress, the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan was the Capitol Hill Unit member when she was a reporter for the congressional calendar which included events like discussion of raising the limit of federal credit or deliberations by the super committee. As a general assignment reporter she's covered events such as those of Christmas Day bombing in 2009 as well as the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. The journalist began working for CNN the year 2007 to become a national reporter with CNN Newsource. As a national correspondent she provided breaking news coverage and feature news for over 800 CNN Newsource affiliates. She previously worked with NBC News MSNBC, WTVD-TV as well as WTVD-TV.
